While Mike was busy at Busch Gardens this weekend for the Diocesan Youth Day, the kids and I traveled north to Martinsburg to visit Lola and Lolo. The trip was even more special because Mama Mer (my grandmother Mercedes) is visiting from the Philippines AND the Harrisons were also in town from Chicago. So we had 5 kids at the house on Saturday...a 4 year old, two 2 year olds and two babies. Fun, fun, fun, but I had a fleeting thought at Mass tonight to take my uterus out of commission.

Please pray for the Philippines as they sort through the aftermath of the tropical storm that has over 100 people dead and more missing. We were on the phone with relatives this morning. The first floor of Mama Mer's house is flooded, but everyone is okay.

LOVE that last picture. And you know I love me a house full of kids. On a temporary basis, of course!
Glad y'all had a good time. We need to plan our next get together. I don't want the School chillen to forget about me.
