Halloween 2011

Grandma came to help us for a couple of days before Halloween. It was great to be able to run errands while she watched the kids. MFS and I even went out for a dinner date. We both felt like sleeping at the table, but it was great to eat without a child attached to each limb. I like two things about Halloween. Carving pumpkins and sharing the candy with the kids. I could do without the rest. MFS made the neighborhood rounds with Lighting McQueen, Ella the elephant and our Southern Belle while Monkey Max and I stayed indoors. The upside of Ella's allergy to peanut is that I get to take the peanut butter cups off of her hands.

Our family of friendly ghosts taking a snooze before the festivities of Halloween.

Absolutely LOVED seeing the kids in their costumes. All were precious.
