To say the weekend was great would be an understatement. We have been eating most of our meals on the porch, soaking in the sun, enjoying company and just relaxing. On Saturday Lola & Lolo visited in the afternoon and we dined on Wayside chicken for dinner. Easter is a little like Christmas around here with all of the gifts.What we look most forward to every year is the Easter Sunrise Mass. The Lifeteen Band plays every year and it is fantastic. We came home for a quick nap before feasting on our Easter dinner with John and Kristin: Maple-Dijon glazed ham, pineapple stuffing, mac & cheese, roasted asparagus, peanut butter pie and cookies with icing.
Life is blessed. Christ is risen! Happy Easter!
