Adventures with Ella

Some of the best things about Thursdays are that 1.) I usually have them off and 2.) I get to spend them with Ella. Because she has minimal fussing and is game for most anything, the 2 of us are pretty productive together. After picking up my wallet from work and promptly purchasing a mocha from Oscar at the coffee cart, we dropped of the Jazzercise babysitting folder and got a tour of a friend's fabulous downtown house. We hit World Market and Marshalls in search of a cheese plate for the Kindergarten's Wine & Cheese auction basket. We found the perfect one plus a several other post-holiday deals. Let's just say I'm a sucker for blown glass ornaments. We visited the library to borrow more books, mailed off some Hawaiian Hershey Kisses to our friend, Candy (I had to add the specifics for the hilarity) during our daily Post Office stop and then came home in time for lunch and a nap. Like I said, Thursdays are the best.
