Rain, rain go away

I usually am a fan of the rain. But not today. The rain canceled a much anticipated playdate with the Arbaughs and prohibited us from picking peaches. I was determined not to let the day go to waste. We had an indoor picnic and a mandatory fashion show to see what clothes still fit them for the school year to prepare for the tax-free weekend. It left Cazin in tears. I told him that is how I felt most of the time trying on clothes too. Later John brought us take-out for dinner and it was another late night for the kids. They get all riled up whenever we have company. Especially when the company is so much fun.
