Today was better than yesterday! We made clay animals NOT out of playdoh. And animal puppets. I didn't continue being friends with the other two. I made one new friend today and we played together for the rest of the morning. Her name is Emma.
I'm glad she had a better morning than I did. Grandma was here to watch the kids and pick Julia up from camp. I got a whopping 3 hours of sleep after last night's shift because I had to get up to report to traffic court for my lead foot. Now I would have rather paid the fine and be done with it, but MFS made me go to court to try to reduce the points or waive the ticket. Now our marriage works very well. He is the oldest child, I am the youngest...so he is happy to lead and I am happy to follow. However, of the many life giving decisions MFS has made in our marriage, this was not one of them. Now I am obedient wife (yes I love that Bible verse) so I did go to my first court experience. It happened so fast next thing I new I was handing the clerk my money and I don't think the ticket was reduced/changed one bit. My bowels didn't even have time to rev up. Like I said. Not life giving. In fact, I think it took a few days off of my life with the lack of sleep and the stress.
Oh well, on to our next adventure: 2 priests and a family of 6 to visit our house. The beds sheets are changed, the towels set out and the fridge is full. We are set!
